"I am located in San Antonio and was helping manage my elderly parents' water damage claim for their property in Katy from afar. I struggled to get the claims adjuster, Brandon Daniels, to release payments for receipts and competing estimates that my dad and I had submitted to revise his claims RCV estimate. Despite sending multiple emails with detailed explanations and supporting documentation, the adjuster continued to delay, demand more paperwork, and repeatedly reschedule our phone calls. After over a month of back-and-forth, the process became increasingly frustrating, especially when compared to my previous, smoother experiences with AAA and Ryze Claim Solutions. When I was informed that I had only a few business days before the water mitigation company would place a lien on the property—due to the adjuster retracting his initial promise to release payment—I panicked. I called and texted my adjuster to discuss the lien situation, but he would not respond to my calls, texts, or emails. Though my dad had made a partial payment as a deposit to begin the work immediately, I couldn’t understand why State Farm wouldn’t provide reimbursement for an open, active water damage claim that had not been denied and exceeded our deductible. Desperate, I reached out to my local San Antonio office to request an urgent in-person meeting. Although they explained that, since the policy wasn’t through their office, they couldn’t directly assist, they provided me with Patricia’s office number and even contacted Patricia’s office on my behalf. Cristal Vazquez from Patricia’s office was then assigned to our case. From our first conversation, she was incredibly professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented. She carefully listened to all my concerns and immediately took charge, bridging the communication gap with the adjuster. Thanks to Cristal’s timely intervention, we were able to avoid the lien, and Brandon finally released a payment. Cristal thoroughly documented all my concerns and ensured everything was uploaded into our file, which ultimately compelled the adjuster to release payments for both the water mitigation and some hotel reimbursements. While most people could have said "ma'am, im sorry, but we don't deal with the claim's adjusters" she broke the mold and did everything she could to help! State Farm issues multiple checks rather than a lump sum, and while the claim is still open with a small sum yet to be reimbursed, I never could have reached this point without Cristal’s help. I also connected with Brandon’s supervisor, Matthew, who was instrumental in getting the estimate properly revised to reflect the full RCV of our damages. Cristal followed up consistently to ensure the payments arrived on time, and her dedication made all the difference. I told Cristal that she was literally my angel and that she helped brighten my day when the previous few weeks had been so difficult and heavy. I deeply appreciated everything she did for me and the multiple hours she spent to help solve my issues. Her professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail made a significant impact, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of exceptional support during a crisis. While the overall situation was incredibly stressful and emotionally difficult, I’m glad to know that my parents and their home will be taken care of by this amazing office and incredible staff at a time of need."

"The only reason I’m here writing this review is because of sweet Cristal, where do I even start, I have never in any company been treated the way she treated me over the phone she was very patient with me and I am a lot older so I had to ask her to repeat some things to me like five times I felt bad but it was the tone and attitude she gave me which really made her stand out from the others.
